Full tang superior stainless steel blade, with chromium-molybdenum-vanadium (X50CrMoV15), with high corrosion resistance. Ergonomic handle in black/brown Micarta - material similar to wood, but which is better suited to kitchen environments, due to its excellent dimensional stability and high resistance. All five knifes have differente "Jewels” and quotes, stamped in brass. Bolster and rivet in brass. Individually serial numbered.
