With a tailor-made programme, Ambiente is once again dedicating a separate day to the growing hospitality segment and thus the industry. On 10 February 2025, the Monday of the fair will be designated Hoteliers' Day in order to serve the needs of the industry even better.

Corinna Kretschmar-Joehnk, founder and consultant of JOI-Design, introduces the world of hospitality and catering interior design under the heading of hospitality design trends. Using national and international examples, she will show design trends from the interior to the table setting and decoration.

Alexander Kohnen from the IWI International Wine Private Institute joins Corinna Kretschmar-Joehnk to share his expertise on the functionality and design of tableware for professional hosts
In addition, renowned industry experts will be presenting current developments and hospitality trends and inviting discussion at the Hospitality Academy (Hall 11.0, Foyer) from 8 to 10 February.
