Besides affecting the number of consecutive vacuum sealing cycles, the quality of the bags also affects the preservation of the stored food. Use quality vacuum solutions to achieve less food waste. 

Status vacuum bags and foil rolls are amongst the best on the market with a thickness of 100 μm in the smooth layer and 120 μm in the ribbed layer. They are made of polyamide (PA - ensures impermeability) and polyethylene (PE - ensures the quality of the sealed strip). Other important factors that help remove the air effectively are the height and the pattern of the ribbed layer. 

Status Innovations vacuum bags are 100 % impermeable and neutral to flavor and odor. All materials are BPA-free. They are also suitable for sous vide cooking. 

All bags and foil rolls are compatible with all Status vacuum packing machines and other quality brand vacuum sealers.

New sets can be made according to customers’ needs. Status d. o. o. Metlika produces more than 11 million vacuum bags and foil rolls annually and in doing so uses more than 200 tons of material. Daily production capacity enables the production of 55.000 bags measuring 200 x 280 mm. With investments in 2023 and 2024, daily production capacity will increase by 25%.
