New design in kitchen knives, made by Claude Dozorme cutlery in collaboration with famous french designer Thomas Bastide.

Thomas BASTIDE is a designer who has worked for the greatest, such as BACCARAT. The handle on one side of the blade, slightly inclined, provides exceptional ergonomics. In bakelite, a natural material made of wood flakes, the handle is dishwasher safe. Its high-grade stainless steel gives the knife a razor cut and a very good hold of the wire.

The Flat Cut range is made up of 10 models (chef, carving, bread, filet, steak, paring, cleaver ...), each one 100% made in France in our workshop.
