The "Delizia" line is made of diecast aluminium with a aspecial nonstick covering. The special spiral shape of the plate permits uniform diffusion of the heat. The handles have been studied to save space in dish-washers: they may be extracted thanks to a brass device wich prevents premature wear of the locking threads.
