If you would like to exhibit at Ambiente, you can submit your intention to exhibit online. You can find all information on registration, stand rental prices and conditions of participation on our “Registration & participation” page.

Stand rental prices for Ambiente depend on factors such as stand size and stand type. An overview of current prices, additional costs and included services can be found on our “Registration & participation” page.

The location of your exhibition stand depends on factors such as your products, market segment and distribution channels. The aim is to create clearly structured product areas and effective visitor flows. This brings together exhibitors with related product ranges and facilitates relevant business contacts.

Hall allocation depends on your products, market segment and distribution channels. When determining your stand location within the hall, factors such as your requested stand dimensions, the hall layout and available space are taken into account.

Once we have received your intention to exhibit, we will review your details and the available stand space. You will then receive an individual stand allocation proposal as soon as possible.

Yes. Various stand packages are available for your participation at Ambiente. You can book a complete stand package as part of your Ambiente registration. Information on the available stand packages and services can be found on our stand construction and rental furniture page.

As a Ambiente exhibitor, you have various opportunities to increase the visibility of your company and products before, during and after the trade fair. These include your online exhibitor profile, the Promotion Shop and press services as well as further marketing and presentation opportunities.

Yes. If the focus of your product presentation fits the event concept of Creativeworld or Christmasworld, you can also register for an exhibition stand at the respective trade fair. A separate intention to exhibit must be submitted via the website of the respective event.

Yes. Ambiente takes place in parallel with Creativeworld and Christmasworld at the Frankfurt exhibition grounds. The overlap between the three international consumer goods trade fairs creates additional opportunities for new business contacts and cross-sector networking.

Messe Frankfurt Exhibition GmbH will refund the full price of any stand rentals or complete-stand packages paid. No service charges, etc., will be levied. All other costs incurred by you are to be borne by your company. You will find further information about this in section 11 of our General Terms and Conditions.
