6、We have our own professional, high efficiency QC system and team: our QC including: (1) IPQC (in process quality control): found and solve the problems in time; (2) Semi finished products inspection: make 100% inspection for all semi-finished products and once found problem will stop it deliver to next process; (3) Regular Inspection：pick samples from production line and check the size, weight every 20 minutes, once problem found will stop production and check out the reason. Only restart the production after problem solved. (4) Final inspection: 100% inspection on final finished products. (5) CRQC- Customer’s representative quality control: take samples from well packed goods on representative of relative customers and make inspection on the products quality, package quality, package printing, barcode etc. according to customer QC procedure and AQL level. Once the defective percentage over required, goods will be stopped ex-factory and make fully checking. Only when problems solved goods can be arranged ex-factory.

7、All our products is produced according ISO8442. And our products has passed the food touch safe tests according to EU 1935, Italy 1973, France DGCCRF, Germany LFGB and US FDA standard. And we have made the reach test according to newest Reach regulation, all result is pass.
