Heat for your production process
We offer a range of systems for heating thermal oil. Most of these are used in food production. We often work in the temperature range between 120° and 400°. However, we also have the right heaters for you for other processes that require even higher temperatures.
The medium used depends on the desired temperature range. It can be thermal oil, solids such as salts or gases.
The fired systems are designed as 1-, 2- or 3-pass heaters so that several production points and temperature levels can be served at the same time.

As the name suggests, this is an emission-free technology, as the carrier medium is heated purely electrically. These systems are particularly suitable when the required output and operating temperature are not so high.
In addition to zero emissions, other advantages include low installation and maintenance costs.
Energy recovery

When heating the carrier media, secondary heat is generated that cannot be utilised directly for process heat. However, it can be used to supply heat to many additional processes.
