FLAVOURSTREAM has own manufacturing sites in Europe and US, and distributes products directly or via appointed distributors worldwide. The company has more than 40 years of experience in manufacturing and commercializing these types of products.
FLAVOURSTREAM has also R&D facilities, and it is key to our business, that we are able to support our customer in the development work. If our distributors or customers have any questions or projects involving our products, then we will support them until the project has been finalized successfully. We will be at assistance at all times.
Smoke flavourings are manufactured by condensing the traditional smoke vapours in cold water that normally would have been lead in the smoking chambers. No chemicals have been added or synthetic reactions have taking place - only heating pure wood sawdust and condense the smoke clouds in water.
Smokestream smoke flavourings are produced through an advanced process where traditional smoke vapours are gently condensed in chilled water. This refined method allows for the effective removal of undesirable components such as tar and heavy particulates, which are typically formed when wood is combusted in conventional smoke generators. Goldenstream 2.0 is a natural flavour and browning enhancer made from sugar and water. It adds a golden-brown colour by reacting with meat proteins, rather than acting as a surface colouring like caramel. It improves texture and yield, reduces cooking time, and limits fat absorption during frying. Goldenstream 2.0 is versatile, suitable for meat, poultry, bakery, and convenience foods, and can be used in processes like atomizing, dipping, tumbling, or direct addition.
𝐏𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐌𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦 from 𝐅𝐥𝐚𝐯𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦 is a range of flavourings free from primary smoke flavourings and smoked ingredients. The range is available as water-soluble liquids, powders and oils. The flavour profiles are robust smoky, woody, bacony including slightly grilled, sweet, ashy and tarry top notes.
The 𝐏𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐌𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦 flavourings cover all the traditional food processing applications including all meat applications like atomizing, drenching, injection and direct addition to meat emulsions with low dosages and very cost efficient.
The Naturestream range is the perfect solution to have smoky notes in the final food – but with natural labelling. Naturestream products add smoky, tarry, smoked, bacon and bouillon notes to the final products. The range has same dosage as traditional smoke flavourings. and are fulfilling all requirements according to the flavour regulation EU Regulation 1334/2008.
