The drying chamber is a technological stainless steel device designed for drying and maturing meat products. It is mainly designed for heat non treated meat products as well as for drying heat-treated durable products which are placed on smoking trolleys.

In the drying chamber comes to a gradual withdrawal of water from the products. Intensity of a drying process is controlled on the basis of relative humidity, temperature and air flow. The drying and maturing process is optimized for the individual types of products based on assembled programs.

Is produced for cooking meat in meat products or for cooking meat products in the core. Robust 3-jacket construction in stainless steel with perfect insulation of the walls and cover to prevent unwanted heat leakage and to secure required temperature.

The insulated cover is sealed with a silicone sealing that ensures perfect sealing of the kettle and of the cover.

The opening of the cover is realised based on the customer's request - mechanically or pneumatically.
