Le Bijou

A tricolor alliance
With a distinctly feminine elegance, this new creation in Art
cutlery stands out for its delicate and refined design. Inspired
by the idea of a three-gold ring, the knife features a unique
tricolored alloy of brass, stainless steel and copper.

The delicacy and beauty of handcrafted details
This 12 cm piece is crafted with two golden brass bolsters and
two rosy copper plates, finely handcarved by our cutlers. At
the center, the iconic Laguiole bee dons one of its most
beautiful dresses, featuring magnificent engraving both subtle
and textured, allowing the light to reveal every detail.
Extending from the handle, the spring is delicately
handcarved with meticulous attention to detail. Elegant
symmetrical curves blend with charming floral patterns, while
finely engraved small beads adorn the spring, sparkling like
diamonds.
Every aspect of the ‘Bijou’ knife has been created with great
care and precision, reflecting the dedication and passion of
our cutlers.
This art knife is available in 3 different materials:
- Warthog tusk, soft as porcelain, with light beige and white
hues that can be marked on the surface by lovely warm
shades ranging from camel to brown.
- Ebony wood, particularly sought after and appreciated for
its durability. It captivates with its dark and intense color
along with a beautiful grain.
- Ironwood burl, a very dense wood species with beautiful
contrasts between ochre and dark brown. This material,
appreciated for its unique aesthetics, is particularly rare: its
use requires waiting for several hundred years until the tree
naturally dies.
