The line studied even in the least details with big roundness and without any edge allows a simple and complete cleaning guaranteed also by the system BLC, block of the sliding carriage, which allows to disassemble the food tray and its bearing and to obtain in this way an easy access even in the part under the food tray; in this case, a special safety mechanism allows to disassemble it only when the bulkhead of slice regulation is in position "0" so that the blade is completely protected.

This slicer has been designed respecting safety norms in force and it has the following features:

• Base in cast aluminium with polished anodic oxidation.
• Blade cover, food-tray, bulkhead of slice regulation and ring covering the blade with polished anodic oxidation to obtain a product hygienically clean and anticorrosive.
• Cast aluminium cold-cuts plate with polished anodic oxidation equipped by swan food holding arm.
• Professional ventilated motor to limit the heating and to make it silent.
• Shaft holding the blade mounted on a double ball-bearing which makes the slicer silent.
• Third-generation blade 100 Cr6, to maintain the more possible the cut efficiency.
• Double cover, upper and lower, for protecting the double emery.
• Graduated knob for adjusting the slicing thickness up to 22 mm.
• Oxidized aluminium pommels and knob with engraved scale as optional (instead of black plastic version )
