The line studied even in the least details with big roundness and without any edge allows a simple and complete cleaning guaranteed also by the system BLC, block of the sliding carriage, which allows to disassemble the food tray and its bearing and to obtain in this way an easy access even in the part under the food tray; in this case, a special safety mechanism allows to disassemble it only when the bulkhead of slice regulation is in position "0" so that the blade is completely protected.
