Carta Pura
Description
It is our great pleasure to introduce you to 24 beautiful and precious Japanese papers that perfectly complement our existing range.
Masaru Nishita and So Kubota of the Sekishu Washi Next Generation Group produce these hand-scooped papers from the bark fibres of the kozo, mitsumata and gampa shrubs.
The traditional Sekishu-Washi-paper from Shimane Prefecture in southwest Japan has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
At our stand, you can view the 24 sheets in all their diversity. You will gain insights into the centuries-old production process and see the enchanting range in which these papers are still utilized today.
Be inspired by the uniqueness of these papers!
