It features two sides: a standard sponge surface and a brush surface.
This sponge is ideal for maintaining traditional Japanese kitchen tools like graters.
Use the brush side to thoroughly remove dirt from the grating surface, and the sponge side to gently wash the body.
It can also be used for a wide range of applications, such as cleaning strainers, dishes, and washing vegetables.
