The exhibition invites visitors on a journey through 25 years of Talents – a celebration of creative paths, past visions and fresh inspiration for the future.

Spot on Back of House specifically expands the HoReCa focus to include the central area of the back of house. The curated special area showcases selected products and solutions for professional kitchen processes and efficient workflows in the restaurant, hotel and catering industries.

Kitchen Show: Spot on kitchen essentials
With the Kitchen Show, Ambiente presents a new highlight in the kitchen & household sector: elaborately staged live cooking shows bring changing culinary acts such as Mirko Trenkner, Haya Molcho, Eloise Head (@fitwaffle), Akis Petretzikis, Shibas Kitchen and @ourcookingjourney to the stage every day of the fair. Each show will be hosted by chef Mirko and presenter Mounia, who will answer all questions about the dishes, ingredients and cooking equipment. At the end of each show, the audience will be able to taste the results.
