Efficient tradeshow marketing with your Media Package: Put your company profile into the spotlight.

The following services are included in the media package:

Print

  • Company name, address and contact details, stand number(s)
  • Mention of your company under two product groups

Online exhibitor search and app

  • Company name, address and contact details, stand number(s)
  • Mention of your company under two product groups
  • 1 company page: text with 8,000 characters and one picture - in German and English
  • 5 product pages: Describe each featured product with a text of 7,000 characters and a picture - also in German and English.
  • 5 Search terms of 60 characters each: Define five terms under which you would like to be found.
  • 4 Contact persons with contact details
  • 4 events (inform visitors about your events)
  • Optional: Link to your nmedia.hub shop (only for exhibitors with nmedia.hub shop)
  • 5 Direct links to your products: With a link you can direct your customers directly from one of the product pages of your online profile to the product on your own website.
  • 10 Social media links: Link from your company profile on the Ambiente website and Navigator app to your social media channels and gain new followers.
  • 6 documents per language (DE+EN) as PDF download: Make important documents, such as company or product brochures, available to your customers in your online profile so that they can find out more about what you have to offer in addition to your trade fair presentation.
  • Optional: Special interest marketing measures
    Additional stand marking with the respective special interest signet and marking of the company entry with the respective special interest signet in the exhibitor search on the website, in the Navigator app and in the official trade fair catalogue.

Your company will be digitally represented by the contacts you selected in the Mediapackage Manager (MPM). In addition, the Networking Tool offers extended interaction and contact opportunities, as well as the chance to target specific customer groups.

Log in to the Networking Tool using your Messe login details. Networking will be available from 16 September 2025!

With the LeadSuccess app you are able to scan ticket badges and business cards of your customers and export them in an Excel file.

LeadSuccess Basic-App:

  • Including 5 APP licenses for your devices
  • Address data capture via APP using QR-Code of visitor ticket, note field included
  • Transmitted visitor data: First name, last name, company, email, phone, address, country, scan-time
  • Export of the data as an Excel file via LeadSuccess web portal

Media Package Manager (MPM)

The Media Package Manager (MPM) is the practical online tool for your trade fair marketing, with which you can quickly and conveniently submit your company data for publication. You can conveniently create your company profile online in the MPM and your data will be published in a media-appropriate manner in the following Messe Frankfurt event media: print, in the online exhibitor search on the website, in the Navigator App and in the interactive hall and site plan. The short video shows how MPM works.

Good to know

All information about your company and your products can be maintained and updated at any time in the Media Package Manager (MPM). There you will also find a large selection of additional services with which you can optimise your company profile (e.g. logos, product group matching, videos).
