The ETNA ROTANTE from WITT is the only pizza oven in its class in the world to have a solidly constructed drive system that automatically rotates the pizza stone during the entire baking process.

Slide in the raw pizza, wait a minute and get out a perfectly baked pizza! With the WITT ETNA, you can bake every pizza evenly to perfection and make it super crispy. The gas-powered ETNA ROTANTE pizza oven with 9.2 kW burner output is one of the most powerful in its class and heats up to an operating temperature of 500° C in no time at all.

In addition to a crescent-shaped gas burner in the cooking chamber, the oven is also fired by an additional booster burner under the pizza stone. This is unique and guarantees you the best results every time. In combination with the double-walled insulation and the optimized opening, the ETNA pizza oven stores an enormous amount of heat in the cooking chamber. The difference is remarkable, especially if you want to bake lots of pizzas for friends and family one after the other. So you are perfectly equipped for any celebration!

The Technology Behind Witt CookPerfect
To achieve great results when cooking meat, it is essential to monitor its core temperature.

The core temperature is found at the coldest point inside the meat. To achieve the desired doneness, it is crucial to measure this temperature accurately.

Conventional meat thermometers on the market only measure the temperature at the tip of the probe. This makes it challenging to measure the meat's core temperature, as the thermometer tip must be precisely positioned in the core of the meat. Even a one-centimeter deviation from the core can lead to a temperature difference of up to 10 degrees – the difference between medium-rare and medium-done.

How Witt CookPerfect Works
Witt CookPerfect’s intelligent thermometer measures the temperature at multiple points within the meat. Its specially developed algorithm uses these data points to calculate the core temperature and heat flow. With Witt CookPerfect, you are guaranteed an accurate core temperature measurement, regardless of how the thermometer is positioned in the meat.
