RATTI LUINO SRL, with its RATTI, OMM and MENEGATTO brand names, is an Italian company producing two-for-one twisting machines and covering machines since 1869.

Ratti Luino Srl is producing, under the name of Ratti, complete range of two-for-one twisting machines for continuous filament fibers as polyester, polyamide, silk, viscose, polypropylene, acrylic yarn, for different applications, including stretch yarn, sewing threads, technical and industrial yarns. Our machines are able to cover count ranges from 20 up to 12.000 Dtex.

Under the name of OMM and Menegatto brands we produce a complete range of covering machines for covering process of elastane, spandex and rubber, in single and double covering. Our machines are compeletely customizable, according to the Customer needs.

We are the only company that designs, produces and tests their spindles in house. The spindle is one of the most important part of a machine; and it should be designed with the maximum precision and quality possible. A well designed spindle can grant less stress on the yarn, and, as consequence, a better final result and also energy saving during the processing.
All our machines are preapred for Industry 4.0 and are Made in Italy.
