By sourcing from post-industrial waste, such as cutting waste from confection, or post-consumer waste, including end-of-life garments, Purfi contributes to the reduction of textile waste and the creation of new fibers. With our 100% recycled Purfi cotton products, we generate 97% reduction of water use, 49% reduction of CO2 emissions and 43% reduction of energy compared to virgin cotton.

With Purfi, we introduce a sustainable polyester padding. Utilizing our unique recycling technology, textile waste undergoes a rejuvenation process, transforming it into raw materials in response to the global waste challenge and contributing to the creation of valuable paddings.

Post-industrial and post-consumer waste gets collected and sorted. Next, the fibers undergo a transformation beyond recycling – they are rejuvenated, restoring them to parameters similar to virgin materials. We distinguish ourselves by using a unique Soft-Mechanical-Recycling Technology. This technology applies a more delicate physical force than conventional mechanical recycling methods. Once rejuvenated, the fibers are redistributed to local manufacturers. Lastly, they are ready to be processed and become high-quality padding.
