OUTDOOR WOOD-FIRED OVEN MARCEL
The idea behind MARCEL was to recapture the spirit of the bread ovens of yesteryear. It is easy to use and transport thanks to its rear burner (wood logs or pellets) and its flame blocking valve system allowing every type of cooking.
VERSATILE OVEN
Closed valve:
Flame blocked in the upper chamber of the oven. Inertia cooking: standard cooking
(150 to 250°C / 302 - 392°F) (e.g.: bread, meat, fish, vegetables, stews, pastries).
Open valve:
Flash-back peaking
at the top of the fireplace, for fast and high-temperature cooking (450 to 500°C / 842 - 932°F)
(e.g.: pizzas, grills).
