The KELOMAT PRIME series is being expanded with versatile braising pans and woks. The multi-layer construction with an aluminum core ensures especially fast heat conduction and even heat distribution—significantly more efficient than single-layer pans—and delivers excellent results for both flavourful braised dishes and quick stir-fried wok meals. The ceramic non-stick coating prevents food from sticking, while the raised, durable honeycomb structure protects the surface, making it especially scratch-resistant and long-lasting. The braising pan stands out with higher, straight sidewalls, ideal for saucy dishes, meats, or larger quantities of vegetables, while the deeply curved wok shape allows plenty of room for quick stirring and tossing—perfect for light, vitamin-preserving cooking. The ergonomic stainless steel handle sits comfortably in the hand and is heat-resistant
