A family owned and run company, Javana Graphics are the creators of the renowned Panther brand of stationery and educational toys and games. The company has made an immense contribution, establishing itself as a truly Sri Lankan business, that is not only dedicated to serving the local market, but also takes pride in showcasing Sri Lankan talent and ability across numerous international markets including Singapore, Norway, and Seychelles.
Our products are available in English, Sinhala and Tamil, and have also been translated into Dutch. The educational toys and games Panther produces are all universal in their appeal and utility, and can easily be translated into any language, delighting children, parents, and educators across the globe.

We were always at the forefront of early childhood education in Sri Lanka. Having perceived a great need in the market, Javana Graphics has gone on to produce an impressive range of materials, all designed and developed based on the advice of leading educational practitioners and child psychologists. Every Panther product has been made with a child’s growth and development in mind, and covers skills from colour and number concepts to sequencing, time telling and reading and writing.
Developed to encourage fine motor skills, hand eye coordination, problem solving and much more, these toys have also been of great benefit to those working with special needs students, in clinical, educational, and therapeutic settings. Panther’s range of stationery encompasses everything from notebooks to binders and magazine holders. Designed in house, Panther stationery captures the trends and moods of our times, translating popular themes and colours into practical items that enhance any space and purpose. Our complementary range of products offers a wide variety of options, catering to a customer’s individual taste and discernment.
Our recently launched line of Hobby items and games, broadens our educational product offerings, and are designed specifically to mitigate the need for electronic forms of entertainment, and to turn a child’s attention and focus back to more interactive and beneficial forms of expression.

Our state-of-the-art printing press, allows us to provide customers with an end to end solution from concept and design to manufacture and packing. Our factory, located in the Ratmalana Industrial Estate, offers not only the highest quality production, but also ensures optimal levels of employee safety and hygiene, meeting international standards in every area of operation. Our ISO 9001:2015 accreditation stands testament to our efforts, and our range of educational toys is comprehensively EN 71 certified.
International partnerships
Javana Graphics is a proud license holder for international giant Mattel, producers of world-renowned brands Barbie and Hot Wheels. We produce a range of puzzles, colouring and activity books, as well as stationery items for these brands. These items are available in Sri Lanka, and via other Mattel Licensees overseas.
