We are born in 1864 in Premana, a small village in the North of Italy where the working and the extraction of the iron has become a passion that has been continuing for 159 years. It’s in this place where Sanelli produces and will continue to manufacture of all the products, together with the constant research and the extreme passion of work to aim at the same goal that we preserved since five generations: manufacture qualitative and professional knives, appreciated and requested in all the world.
Three factors play a key-role in producing a top-quality chef, kitchen or butcher knife: the use of qualitative basis materials, the long-time experience of our craftsmen, all combined together with the latest and most innovative machines and workings. A perfect mix of high technology and manual skills. By way of tradition, the family-run company Sanelli employs only those basic materials and processes which guarantee to create, at the end of the production chain, a product which is valued by its users and which makes their work easier.
