Our company was founded in Eibar (Spain) in 1905.
Back then, we manufactured simple pieces of metal, but we quickly expanded our range with new products and incorporated mechanical technology.
We soon achieved our most international success: the patented double-lever system corkscrew , better known as an OWL-Style corkscrew. Today, not only can it be found in kitchens all over the world, but also in museums such as the Museum of Modern Art in New York, the National Museum of Modern Art in Tokyo and La Cité du Vin wine museum in Bordeaux.
75 years ago, we also obtained the worldwide patent for the Wall-Mounted corkscrew, a magnificent piece of craftmanship. A huge example of the achievements made by our engineering team, on a constant research of meticulous design and quality in manufacturing.
Nowadays, BOJ’s activity focuses on developing all kinds of kitchen appliances. Not only wine and tableware utensils for our domestic customers but also for our profeesionals in the HoReCa sector.
We want to become your partner in the art of good living.
