To cut up the clippings you have to adjust the slider, which indicates whether you cut cubes or stripes, to the desired position, then the clippings are placed on the Food Safety Holder to protect the fingers from the sharp blades and to process the fruits and vegetables to a minimum rest. Afterwards you can simply cut strips by up and down movements. To cut cubes, the fruit is turned 90° with each cut.
