Homey's Tools For Life B.V.

Description

As a Dutch butcher's son, Henk Schiffmacher, one of the world's most famous tattoo artists, learned to appreciate a good, sturdy knife at an early age. In this series he lets his passion for the butcher's trade, tattoos, and cuisine speak.

Champagne Sabel
Slightly traditional, somewhat ceremonial, but sabring is above all a stylish way to open a champagne bottle. And it gets even more stylish, and artful even, with the Champagne Sabel By Schiffmacher.

Steak Knives
The set consists of four robust steak knives, each with a unique and recognizable pattern. Natural
wood provides an authentic appearance – no knife is the same. To embrace this authenticity, each
knife has its own tattoo designed by Henk Schiffmacher himself.

Chef’s Knife
This chef’s knife is made out of one piece of solid German stainless steel, blackened with a special iron oxide treatment. And it wouldn’t be a knife by Schiffmacher without a tattoo, right?

Chopping Block
When it comes to cooking, having the right cutting board is just as important as having a good knife. This cutting board is inspired by the official butcher's block, as Schiffmacher knew it from his childhood.

Man's Ruin
The Man's Ruin gift set consists of a high-end pocket knife, a deck of playing cards and, a golden hip flask. Complete your Man’s Ruin set with the original Zippo By Schiffmacher lighter.

Keith Haring Collection

Keith Haring Collection

Keith Haring – One of the most iconic artists of all time, his art is recognized by many. His rhythmic lines, bold figures, and dynamic colors depict feelings of energy and movement but also send a message. His creations embody peace, love, compassion, and equality. Haring aimed at making art available to all. Public spaces, buildings, and everyday objects were his canvas. Now his legacy lives on in our everyday life tools.

BUILDING BRIDGES

Haring sought to create a sense of togetherness and forge relationships that transcend borders of all sorts - culture, society, values, and beliefs. He did that through his art, by bridging the gap between fine art and popular culture and spreading his message to all.

In collaboration with the Keith Haring Foundation, we bring the memorable works of Keith Haring to your everyday life. Intertwining his passion with ours: bringing people together by creating tools that evoke feelings, experiences, and memories.

Come together through the art of cooking with the Keith Haring collection.

Chef’s knife and Saibashi chopsticks

A high-end chef’s knife with a Keith Haring original covering the whole blade. Goosebumps! This Japanese-inspired chef’s knife is made of high-quality stainless steel and has a handle made of wenge wood.

Saibashi cooking chopsticks are an essential tool in Japanese cuisine. They are longer and slightly thicker than chopsticks used for eating. Saibashi is perfect for whisking, stirring, turning, and serving food. To complete our Keith Haring chef’s knife we add these versatile tools as a gift.

Steak knife set

The best part of cooking is sharing your creations with others. Serve dinner with these 4 elegant steak knives. Each knife has a different iconic Keith Haring original. These steak knives are razor-sharp and have a handle made of wenge wood.

Knife block

Don’t hide away these masterpieces - Haring didn’t. Put them on display for everyone to see with the Keith Haring knife block. This solid knife block is magnetic and is, therefore, perfect for storing and displaying your chef’s knife. There is even room for your Saibashi chopsticks and the four steak knives can be placed on the magnetic rest. This elegant knife block is made of hardstone and olive wood. The round design is inspired by the Rising Sun – Japan's national flag.
