Ecological considerations, sustainable solutions and good working conditions are of the utmost importance for society and are issues close to our hearts as a medium-sized family business.
Among others, we use solar energy to save many tons of CO² every year. The latest generation of highly efficient injection moulding machines also cut energy consumption.
The simple longevity of our hot water bottles makes a significant contribution to sustainability. They are also recyclable and can be re-granulated and returned to the production cycle. Our heating pads mainly use fillers made from renewable, natural resources. The fundamental concept of our products is to function as heat sources independent of fossil fuels and heating systems.
One of our long-term and declared aims has been compliance with social standards, as well as fair and safe working conditions among all our suppliers. We assume specific responsibility in this respect as participants in the amfori BSCI (business social compliance) initiative: On-site training and inspections based on the underlying principle of "promote and demand" are essential measures that increase awareness and ensure transparency.
