Craft is inspired by hand-crafted, simple country wares made by generations of potters over hundreds of years. The range embodies the beauty of rich, lustrous glazes applied by hand, and celebrates chance effects and reactions which occur naturally in the kiln. The gem-like glazes married to simple forms and shapes produce a unique and individual appearance, giving Craft a rustic “joie de vivre.”

Gembrook, a creation by Off Grid Studio, embodies the organic nature of clay with its unique craftsmanship. Handcrafted off the potter's wheel, it is a remarkable fusion of form & function, featuring a fully vitrified clay body and decorated with a reactive glaze. Consisting of two colors, creamy white and deep gray, each item is decorated with a sheer white, hand-applied glaze, allowing the beauty of the clay to show through. The bottom of each piece and small portions of the top are unglazed, to authenticate where the potter would hold each piece while glazing, resulting in double dips, drips, and exposed clay lending to its hand-thrown authenticity.
