Musui-Kamado is the world’s first cast-iron induction cooker, combining a precision-machined enameled cast-iron pot with a 3D induction heating base.
This innovative design provides precise temperature control and maximizes the natural advantages of cast iron, including excellent heat retention and flavor enhancement. From low-temperature fermentation to high-heat searing, Musui-Kamado enables a wide range of cooking techniques, allowing home cooks to achieve professional-quality results with consistency, ease, and confidence.
Musui:
・Precision seal is hand-machined to less than 0.01mm in variance to seal in moisture and nutrients, while condensing the natural flavors of ingredients.
・The Floating Lid is designed to vent steam and minimize liquids from boiling over.
Kamado:
・Three-dimensional heating from the surround sidewall heater paired with induction coils at the base delivers even, consistent heat distribution
・Four streamlined heat settings:Medium: 230°C, Low: 150°C, Extra Low: 110°C, Warm: 30-95°C( adjustable in 1ºC increments from 30-95°C
・Dedicated rice cooking mode
