We produce many different ice cream cone holders. These are manufactured in many different shapes and sizes from 18/10 stainless steel and Plexiglas.

Cleaning sinks made of 18/10 stainless steel are essential for hygienic operation in everyday life. They are manufactured in a wide variety of designs: round or square, as a built-in model or with wall mounting and of course, with an adjustable water flow or scoop shower. Due to the built-in scoop shower, the ice cream scoop bowl is cleaned inside and outside at the same time within seconds. The scoop showers works on demand when the portioner is pressed onto the blue nozzle pin. This means the flushing system only uses water when needed. Compared to systems with permanent water flow, water consumption can be reduced by more than 90%. This saving is good for the environment and saves high water costs. For optimal cleaning, we produce cleaning sinks with an additional scoop dryer. After cleaning with water, the bowl is dried using the scoop dryer. Scoop showers and dryers are also available individually.

As a specialist for ice cream scoops we offer more than 20 models for a variety of use. All over the world Stöckel ice cream scoops are used in ice cream parlors, bakeries, canteens and kitchens for the portioning of ice cream and other food.

We produce many catering items for professional use. These include knife scraper containers, baguette holders, pretzel stands, napkin dispensers, straw dispensers, sugar and bread roll dispensers.

We also produce counter displays for rolls, drinking straws, menu card holders, dispensers for coffee cream and cutlery. Napkin dispensers are manufactured as table and built-in models.

For “outdoor” ice cream sales and mobile use, Stöckel Söhne Metallwarenfabrik offers various portioning shower systems and hand wash basins made of 18/10 stainless steel.

The systems offer the possibility of cleaning portioners in compliance with hygiene regulations. The system includes a pump, a fresh and a waste water tank. A hand basin with hot water supply is also integrated. In addition to a soap dispenser and a kitchen roll holder, 2 transport rollers are also mounted for easy handling.

Stöckel offers other mobile “outdoor shower systems” and “hand basins” that can be operated with either 12 volts or 230 volts.
