TR Blade The blade is made of high quality Molybdenum/Vanadium stainless steel, with exceptional cutting power, a long-lasting edge and excellent corrosion resistance.

TR Handle The differentiated coloured handle system allows the professional in the different areas of food and ingredient preparation to distinguish each knife to each purpose, avoiding flavors contamination between products. A soft rubber material on the surface allows a very good grip in every condition. Structurally strong to endure an intensive use, due to the harder inner plastic component, injected directly over the blade.

The blades are made of SANDVIK Steel 12C27 that granted the high power cut and long life time.

Blade features Its particular composition (0,50% Carbon-C, 15% Chromium-Cr, 0,60% Molybdenum- Mo, 0,15% Vanadium-V) allows to obtain an excellent hardness, a good cutting power and high corrosion resistance. Handel POM - The handles in Polyoxymethylene, polyacetal (POM) are non-toxic, absolutely hygienic and dish-washer safe.

Pressed wood - non-toxic, dish-washer safe. Great ergonomic and elegant design of the knife.

POM (Polyacetal) - non-toxic, absolutely hygienic and dish-washer safe.
