In 1998, the first-generation brush-less motor controller for e-bike was developed, using Motorola MC33035 as the control chip.

In 2005, Lishui developed a programmable brush-less motor controller with Cypress CY8C24423 as the micro-controller. It had the advantages of low noise, high efficiency, and flexible configuration.

In 2011, the company successfully developed a sine wave brush-less motor controller using STM32103C6T6 as the main micro-controller. The cumulative sales volume of Lishui controller ranked first in the European and American markets.

In 2017, a controller that complies with Japan's JIS D9115-2017 standard was successfully developed. The assist ratio curve between manpower and electricity perfectly complies with Japanese testing requirements.
