Its blade made of top of the range X50CrMoV15 stainless steel is easy to resharp and has a shiny or matt finishing.  Handles are dressed with te most beautiful materials like methacrylate (6 colors plus 2 black matt or shiny), wood (olive wood, juniper, ebony, birch wood...), horn... of different varieties.

More luxurious models like the Le Thiers Art Deco have bolsters made of stainless steel and handles made of Ivory methacrylate or of ebeny or juniper wood.

More design one like the Le Thiers Liner features handles of olive wood or white, black and orange Krion synthtic material.
