On this page you will find the answers to frequently asked questions (FAQ) about Ambiente.

You can register online on the website from mid-March. If you have exhibited at Ambiente 2020 or registered for 2021 or 2022, you will automatically receive an invitation to register with a link to your personal registration form.

You will receive the early bird discount with an online registration until 8 April 2022.

In recent years, structural changes in the market and in the exhibitor structure as well as a growing globality accompany the entire consumer goods industry. The answer: Home of Consumer Goods. Ambiente, Christmasworld and Creativeworld will be held in parallel in Frankfurt. With this, we are further expanding the trade shows in their core segments and establishing innovative future topics. The new structure creates new impulses, synergies and opportunities for buyers and exhibitors and at the same time offers possibilities for the changed space requirements of certain product segments.

Ambiente is and remains the world's most important and most international consumer goods fair and will gain in relevance and synergy with the international trade fairs Christmasworld and Creativeworld taking place at the same time. From 2023, Ambiente will have new product group combinations, synergies and complementary themes, and will include the new area Ambiente Working. It will thus cover the entire lifestyle order spectrum of the retail trade.

Here, everything revolves around office supplies including printer consumables (including remanufacturing - Remanexpo) and office equipment - with regard to the classic office, mobile working, home office, co-working spaces and Future of Work. In future, Ambiente Working will thus comprise a sub-section of Paperworld, primarily the office area and Remanexpo - not the entire range. You can read how the other product groups are divided up in the following question / answer.

In future, the individual Paperworld product sections will be presented at the leading international trade fairs Ambiente, Christmasworld and Creativeworld in a way that is tailored to the target group and specific to the theme. The office product sections (office supplies and equipment, office papers, Remanexpo, Future of Work) will find their new home in the new Ambiente Working living environment in Hall 4.2. Stationery and school articles complement the product mix of Ambiente Giving. In the Giving section, Ambiente will occupy Hall 4.0 with Gifts & School and Hall 4.1 with Urban Gifts & Stationery. The packaging and ribbons product segments are closely linked to the theme of celebrating and giving and will therefore be presented at Christmasworld in Hall 6.1 in future. Creative writing, painting and drawing utensils will expand the Creativeworld portfolio in future in Halls 1.1 and 1.2.

As part of the new concept, our aim is to implement clear hall structures with effective visitor guidance – in order to create new synergies and enable possibilities for new contacts. In addition to the products of the exhibiting companies, the market segment and sales channels are taken into account when assigning the product areas within the new hall layout.

The strong trade fair brands Ambiente, Christmasworld and Creativeworld will remain as trade fairs with their familiar names. "Home of Consumer Goods" is merely a motto that describes the new association.

Ambiente, Christmasworld and Creativeworld will be held in parallel in Frankfurt am Main every year from 2023. The combination is a forward-looking and ongoing concept that brings together the markets and sectors in the international consumer-goods sector at one time and in one place.

The hall allocation is determined by the products, the market segment and the sales channels of the exhibiting company. Within the hall, stand positioning depends - as in the past - among other things on the internal structure of the respective hall, the desired stand dimensions and the availability of space or demand.

Based on your online registration, we will contact you from May/June 2022 (which is when hall planning will start) with a stand space proposal. You can register for your participation online from mid-March.

If the focus of your product presentation/ your product range corresponds to the event concept  of the respective trade fair, you are welcome to do so. For a second booth you then register online at the respective event.

Yes, you can book your complete stand with your online registration from mid-March 2022. At that time you will find detailed information on the stand packages on the event website.

Digital supplements to physical trade fairs have become indispensable and provide ideal added value in 2023 and in the years to come. We think of digital supplement formats in the long term and not just in terms of the circumstances during the Corona Pandemic. They are valuable additional options for exhibitors and visitors to get additional added value and to be able to network in parallel to the trade fairs. Digital formats are also planned beyond this and are an important addition in the current business year in order to always have one's finger on the pulse of the times, trends, topics and markets. Messe Frankfurt Exhibition GmbH will refund the full price of any stand rentals or complete-stand packages paid. No service charges, etc., will be levied. All other costs incurred by you are to be borne by your company. You will find further information about this in section 11 of our General Terms and Conditions (as of 2/2021).
