Check-in at Rebstock parking area

To ensure that the setting-up phase for Ambiente runs as smoothly as possible, we will set up a check-in at the Rebstock parking areas at the following times:

from 7.00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on 8 and 9 February 2012

Entry to the Exhibition Centre will only be possible via the check-in for the entire setting-up phase.

At the check-in, you will be given a pass and details of the gate you can use to enter the Exhibition Centre. Please note that only registered vehicles will be allowed into the Exhibition Centre and we will ask drivers of non-registered vehicles to go back to the check-in.

Our recommendation for you:

If there is no need for you to have your vehicle in the immediate vicinity of your exhibition stand, please drive straight to the Rebstock multi-storey car park and use the free shuttle-bus service to the Exhibition Centre.

Directions:
On 8 and 9 February, you can reach the Exhibition Centre from the north or south via the A5 motorway. At the ‘Westkreuz’ interchange, turn onto the A648 motorway and, as in the case of everyone coming from the west, drive towards Frankfurt city centre. Then, almost immediately afterwards, take the ‘Rebstock’ exit.

To the check-in:
Immediately after leaving the motorway, turn left and, after about 850 metres, you will reach the check-in where you will be given a vehicle pass and details of the gate you should use to enter the Exhibition Centre.

Please note that queues are likely at the check-in on 8 and 9 February 2012.

To Rebstock multi-storey car park:
After exiting the motorway, carry straight on at the cross roads. This will take you directly to the car park where you will be able to park your car free of charge. There, you can use the shuttle-bus service to take your materials to the Exhibition Centre. This service is also free and the buses run straight to your hall at the Exhibition Centre around the clock from 6.00 a.m. on 8 February to 6.00 a.m. on 9 February.
