Advanced setting-up at extra cost

We offer exhibitors with stands larger than 150 m² an advanced setting-up option permitting work to begin at 12.00 hrs on 3 February 2012.

Setting-up free of charge 4-9 February 2012

4-9 February from 0 a.m. around the clock
9 February until 3 p.m., the aisles must be clear from 3 p.m.


Dismantling free of charge 14 -16 February 2012

14-16 February from 9 p.m. around the clock
16 Februay until 9 p.m.

Dismantling Festhalle / Hall 2.A and Forum 2.B / FOR 0
and Galleria 0

14-15 February from 9 p.m. around the clock
15 February until 9 p.m.

Please note: Before 9 p.m., it will only be possible to carry out dismantling work on the stand itself because the time until then is reserved for removing the carpeting from the aisles and the distribution of empty packaging materials by the Logistics services. Dismantling vehicles will be permitted to enter the exhibition centre from 8 p.m.
